Copa América 2024: Match Schedule and Participating Teams
Match Schedule
The match schedule for the 2024 CONMEBOL Copa América has been released. The tournament will be held in the United States from June 20 to July 13, 2024. The opening match will be played between the host nation, the United States, and the defending champions, Argentina.
The tournament will consist of 36 matches, with the top 16 teams from CONMEBOL participating. The teams will be divided into four groups of four, and the top two teams from each group will advance to the knockout stage.
Group Stage
The group stage will be played from June 20 to July 3, 2024. The four groups are as follows:
- Group A: United States, Argentina, Colombia, Ecuador
- Group B: Brazil, Chile, Paraguay, Venezuela
- Group C: Uruguay, Peru, Bolivia, Jamaica
- Group D: Mexico, Costa Rica, Canada, Panama
Knockout Stage
The knockout stage will begin on July 5, 2024 with the quarterfinals. The semifinals will be played on July 9 and 10, and the final will be played on July 13.
